Our custom fabrication services center around work where a small number of similar pieces are needed for an application


Examples include:
 

• Artistic work eg forged metal sculpture.
• Combined artistic and structural work eg arches, gates, porticulos.
• Production of purpose built industrial equipment. eg equipment, heavy duty racking systems,trade show displays.
• Custom motor vehicle modifications, parts and equipment eg racks, roll cages, bumpers, light bars, etc.

 

Semi-automation


Semi-automated services are the mainstay of economical small lot fabrication.


In these applications man and machine work hand in hand to precisely duplicate parts while capturing an economy of scale.

Examples include:

• Automotive kit assemblies.
• Industrial fixtures and displays.
• Moderate volume part or product runs.

 

Automation


Automated services rely almost exclusively on the supervised use of programmed equipment Computer Numeric Control (CNC) to create products.
 

Automation is typically characterized by more time intensive setup followed by a rapid, repeatable and economical production of parts.
 

For this reason full automation is most commonly used for higher volume production or where precise tolerance repeatability is mandatory. 


Examples include:

• After market auto parts eg brake rotors, header flanges,accessory brackets.
• Larger volume consumer and industrial components eg alignment frames, brackets, enclosures.
